Newmans row.
Establishing presence in a trust-driven industry.
Newmansrow is a directory connecting parties and counsel with qualified international arbitrators across multiple jurisdictions.
Rachel needed a platform that could compete with established legal directories from day one — without years of reputation behind it. Getting the brand right wasn't just a design problem. It was a credibility problem.
Starting with a blank slate
Newmansrow was launching with no brand, no visual language, and no track record — into a sector where trust is slow to build and first impressions carry real weight. The work had to feel established before it had the history to back it up.
Two audiences, one platform
Rachel serves two distinct groups: arbitrators looking to manage their independent practice and grow their visibility, and parties or counsel seeking the right expert for a specific dispute. Both needed to feel like the platform was built for them. Understanding that tension — and resolving it in the structure, the content, and the navigation — shaped every decision from the identity through to the directory experience.
